How do you know whether you need to write
or to modify a script? The need for a script file when using the TCP/IP
access method depends on whether you are connecting to a spawner that
runs on a server and how that spawner was invoked.
If the available sample
scripts do not meet your requirements, you can write your own script.
If you do need to write or to modify a script, review the examples
in this chapter, and see
SAS/CONNECT Script Statements for descriptions of the script statements
that are used in the examples.
