- DASH=Y

causes SAS/GRAPH
to use the built-in hardware dashed-line drawing capability of the
device when generating graphics output. A blank Dash
field in the Parameters window is the same
as DASH=Y.
hardware drawing is
faster, but not all devices have the capability.
SAS/GRAPH device
drivers do not try to use the capability if the device does not have
it.
