Parameter Values

causes SAS/GRAPH
to use the built-in symbol-drawing capability of the device, if available.
A blank Symbol
field in the Parameters window is the same as SYMBOL=Y.
Hardware drawing is
faster, but not all devices have the capability.
SAS/GRAPH does
not try to use the capability if your device does not support it.

- SYMBOL=N

causes SAS/GRAPH
to draw the symbols using SAS/GRAPH fonts.
