When you resize a graph,
you can then print or save the graph in its new size.
-
Select
FormatGraph Properties. The
Graph Properties dialog
box appears.
You can also right-click
anywhere in the graph and select
Graph Properties from the menu.
-
In the
Size section of the dialog box, click the up and down arrows in the
Width and
Height fields. The
width and height are measured in inches. Clicking an arrow changes
the value by 0.01 inch (which is equivalent to one pixel). Your graph
becomes larger or smaller depending on which values you select.
Alternatively, you can
type the values in the fields.
Note: To resize the graph proportionally,
make sure the
Keep Aspect Ratio check box
is checked. If you want to specify the width and height independently
without retaining the current aspect ratio, then clear the check box.
-
Note: You can also enlarge or reduce
the view of a graph by using the Zoom tool. The Zoom tool does not
resize the graph. To zoom in or out, select
ViewZoom from
the menu, and then select the zoom value that you want.
