The JL command left-aligns
the designated line of text. Alignment is based on the left and right
boundary settings.
Optional Argument
n
specifies the column
position on which to left-align the designated line of text. By default,
the n argument is the left
boundary setting. Follow the n argument with a space.
Details
The JL command left-aligns
a designated line of text. Unless you specify a numeric argument,
left-alignment is based on the current boundary settings set by the
BOUNDS command. A numeric argument overrides those boundary settings.
Comparisons
Like the JC, JJC, JR,
and JJR commands, the JL and JJL commands align text.
