Syntax
CALL SOUND(frequency,duration);
Required Arguments
- frequency
-
specifies the sound
frequency in terms of cycles per second. The frequency must be at
least 20 and no greater than 20,000.
- duration
-
specifies the sound
duration in milliseconds. The default is -1.
Example: Producing a Tone
The following statement
produces a tone of frequency 523 cycles per second (middle C) lasting
2 seconds:

call sound(523,2000);
run;
