SYSSCP and SYSSCPL resolve to an abbreviation of the
name of your operating environment. In some cases, SYSSCPL provides
a more specific value than SYSSCP. You could use SYSSCP and SYSSCPL
to check the operating environment to execute appropriate system commands.
