$UCS2LEw. Informat
Reads a character string that is in the encoding
of the current SAS session and then converts the character string
to little-endian, 16-bit, UCS2, Unicode encoding.

of the input field. Specify enough width to accommodate the 16-bit
size of the Unicode characters.
Comparisons
The $UCS2LE
w. informat performs processing that is opposite
of the $UCS2L
w. informat.
Example
This example
