If you are upgrading
from SAS Enterprise GRC 5.1 or 5.1_M1, you must run the SAS Deployment
Wizard twice on the middle tier to get the Workflow Administrator.
The first run of the SAS Deployment Wizard updates your existing environment.
During the second run of the SAS Deployment Wizard, you must select
a current plan and install and configure SAS Workflow Administration
Mid-Tier Help and Documentation and SAS Workflow Administrator.
