In a schedule calendar, the duration
of an activity is shown by a continuous line through each day of the
activity. Values of variables for each activity are printed on the
same line, separated by slashes (/). Each activity begins and ends
with a plus sign (+). If an activity continues from one week to the
next, then PROC CALENDAR displays arrows (< >) at the points
of continuation.
The length of the activity
lines depends on the amount of horizontal space available. You can
increase the length by specifying the following variables:
-
a larger line size with the LINESIZE=
option in the OPTIONS statement
-
the WEEKDAYS option to suppress
the printing of Saturday and Sunday, which provides more space for
Monday through Friday
